Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Custom fabricated parts require additional time and are typically processed and fabricated within 7–14 business days, depending on complexity.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We’ll notify you via email if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days after processing

If you are outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

5. Custom Orders and Lead Times
Custom fabricated parts are made to order and may require longer lead times. Fabrication time is separate from shipping time. We will provide an estimated completion and shipping date once your custom order is confirmed.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you track your package or file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We’ll review your claim and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
