Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for non-custom, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom fabricated parts (all sales are final)

• Items that show signs of installation, modification, or use

• Items returned without original packaging

• Clearance or discounted items marked "final sale"

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization number, if approved.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value items.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Include photos and a description of the issue.

• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.

 

8. Cancellations

• Orders for in-stock items can be canceled before they are shipped.

• Custom fabricated orders cannot be canceled once fabrication has begun.
