We accept returns for non-custom, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom fabricated parts (all sales are final)

Items that show signs of installation, modification, or use

Items returned without original packaging

Clearance or discounted items marked "final sale"

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us with:

Reason for return

Photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization number, if approved.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value items.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Include photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.
8. Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items can be canceled before they are shipped.

Custom fabricated orders cannot be canceled once fabrication has begun.
